Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is generally between 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
  • Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled directly. However, if you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery when contacted by the courier partner.


Return Policy

At Popato, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact are eligible for return.
  • Products marked as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Returned products that fail quality inspection may not qualify for refund or replacement.
