1-year manufacturer warranty

Every Popato product is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is covered

• Frame welds and structural joints
• Wheel and brake mechanisms
• Fold, recline and height-adjustment mechanisms
• Harness buckles and hardware

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading and tyre wear
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorised repair or modification
• Cosmetic marks that do not affect function

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected part at no charge.
