You can cancel before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location and courier serviceability. Delays can occur due to holidays, weather or logistics issues.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of every order you have placed.
Enter your pincode in the delivery checker on any product page and we will confirm serviceability and an estimated delivery window.
Returns & refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags and packaging. Final sale, clearance and sale products are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
Once the returned item passes our warehouse quality inspection, refunds are processed in 5–7 working days to your bank account for cash-on-delivery orders, or 5–7 business days to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
Shipping charges are typically non-refundable.

Products & safety
Yes, and the standard depends on the product. Strollers are certified to EN 1888, tricycles and bicycles to EN 71, and our high chair to EN 14988. Every product page lists its own certification.
Any stroller that reclines fully flat is suitable from birth. The Z-Luxe adds a dedicated bassinet mode and a detachable infant car seat, which makes it the most complete option from hospital to toddler years.
Our push-handle tricycles suit children from around 18 months, because the parent retains steering control until the child is ready to pedal independently. Check the age range listed on each product page.
Every Popato product carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, and damage from misuse or accident, are not covered.
